Wavensmere Homes wins Urban and City Living Developer of the Year
Midlands-based Wavensmere Homes has won at Insider Media Residential Property Awards 2021
We are delighted to share the news that Wavensmere Homes have won Urban and City Living Developer of the Year.
Despite the global pandemic, Wavensmere Homes succeeded in the completion of two major Birmingham city centre development; Crocketts Lane and The forge. As well as making huge progress to the ongoing Nightingale Quarter development based in Derby City Centre.

Crocketts Lane, located in Smethwick, Birmingham, is a multi-phase development bringing a combination of 178 apartments and new homes to Smethwick. The development achieved completion in September 2020. Read more here.
The Forge, which was completed in January 2021, is an apartment development located in the creative heart of Digbeth, Birmingham city centre. Comprising 140 luxury one and two-bedroom apartments which also includes a rooftop garden offering 360 degrees panoramic views. Read more here.
Nightingale Quarter offers a range of 125 one, two and three-bedroom new build homes and 674 apartments, set across an 18.5-acre site. The former Derbyshire Royal Infirmary is being transformed with Phase One achieving completion in May 2021. Phase One includes 35 two and three-bedroom homes as well as one of two iconic Victorian pepper pot buildings that are being restored. Read more here.
