May 2022 has been exceptionally busy for Wavensmere Homes
As we enter the summer months, we look back at May 2022 to share why it has been a significant month for the company. From multiple new starters to an exceptional launch event, the past four weeks have marked notable growth for Wavensmere Homes.

Belgrave Village Launch
Last week, Wavensmere Homes, The Galliard Apsley Partnership and Connells held an exclusive VIP launch event for the Belgrave Village houses in Birmingham. This saw unprecedented sales success achieving a record-making amount of sales made in one day. Details of this will be shared shortly!
Belgrave Village offers 438 new homes close to Birmingham City Centre, in a joint venture with The Galliard Apsley Partnership. Fantastic amenities include a screening room, concierge, co-working space and fully-equipped gym.

Nightingale Quarter
Together with the sales team at Ashley Adams, Wavensmere Homes hosted a fantastic lifestyle event at our Derby city-centre site, Nightingale Quarter. The team achieved 5 sales during this event which is a testament to the unique lifestyle on offer to residents.

Barrelmans Point
Alongside Belgrave Village, the brochures for the Shotley Peninsula development, Barrelmans Point, arrived. This is a milestone moment in the sales journey to be able to bring the development to life. You can view the brochure at the Connells branch in Ipswich and register your details here.

Finally, Wavensmere Homes have been shortlisted in two categories at the Midlands Residential Property Awards 2022.
Categories include Place-making Project of Year for our landmark Derby city-centre development, Nightingale Quarter, and Urban and City Developer of the Year.
