A vital new heart to village life
Located just seven miles north of Derby city centre, Milford Mills occupies an enviable spot in the heart of the Derwent Valley Mills UNESCO World Heritage Site. Nestled within the picturesque landscape, the development features a collection of 69 premium houses and apartments, hand-crafted with natural, local materials.
This landmark part of Derbyshire’s industrial heritage dates back to 1780, when the former mills were among the world’s first mechanised industrial spinning factories. This project will include the restoration of key historic features, including the mill lade and former wheel pits which previously powered the development.
Work on Milford Mills is planned to commence in Summer 2024.
